Jack Beats don’t stop! I just googled them and found out they were down here last year in October. Poor ignorant me didn’t know this. Sucks to be me. They played at Wah Wah Lounge ?! How strange.
Jack Beats are Plus One and Beni G, who are a couple of cool cats from the UK. They’ve been tearing it up for a while as Mixologists and Scratch Perverts separately but have now joined forces so they can blow our minds and cause us to blow loads in our pantaloons too.
If you haven’t caught on, I am now a fan. They’re heavy basslines, choppy sound and fidgety yet no so fidgety sound has found a snug place in my heart. I only hope they don’t get annoyingly boring like the Crookers did.

Hm has anyone gotten their hands on Jack Beats’ Mars Remix. I don’t think Mars can get any better than it is, but It would be nice to hear a clearer version than this.
